Vin Diesel Rules The Dark In The New Trailer For RIDDICK

We have a new trailer nowadays for Riddick, just more than a month away from its theatrical release on September 6, 2013 from Universal Photos. The news comes just soon after a report from Deadline broke that lead actor Vin Diesel will also be appearing in the new film World's Most Wanted, which reunites him as producer alongside Neal Moritz. The film will also be written by Wrath Of The Titans scribe Dan Mazeau who will be penning Tom Cruise's next Japan property-primarily based reside action adaptation, Yukikaze.

If that isn't adequate, Diesel and Moritz are also working on the third installment of the xXx franchise tentatively titled The Return Of Xander Cage, as effectively the hotly-anticipated intro to the third chapter of the Rapidly And Furious ennealogy with the upcoming seventh film from director James Wan.

SYNOPSIS:

Riddick, the most recent chapter of the groundbreaking saga that started with 2000's hit sci-fi film Pitch Black and 2004's The Chronicles of Riddick reunites writer/director David Twohy (A Perfect Getaway, The Fugitive) and star Vin Diesel (the Rapidly and Furious franchise, xXx). Diesel reprises his function as the antihero Riddick, a harmful, escaped convict wanted by every bounty hunter in the known galaxy.

The infamous Riddick has been left for dead on a sun-scorched planet that seems to be lifeless. Quickly, nonetheless, he finds himself fighting for survival against alien predators far more lethal than any human he's encountered. The only way off is for Riddick to activate an emergency beacon and alert mercenaries who quickly descend to the planet in search of their bounty.
